Everything is in YouTube and easy to find just by the name of the TV series in the Search-field. Maybe he already knows it, but anyway. It's not as clear as some of the other 3 fools animations, I admit.

Basically the three fools have to deliver a letter, they mess about on the way, meeting a cow, who eats the letter. After they kill the cow to get the letter, they open it, to see it was a medal for the cow, (remember this was made when Bulgaria was under Communist rule, so getting a medal probably wasn't such an obscure event). Finally they have a ceremony, pinning the medal on the cow's hide.

my husband is bulgarian and just out curiosity he wanted to go back to his childhood memories .These are one of his favorite and Blake 7 but he cant seem to get the episodes
