Write to our congress critter....hahahaha!!! Even those that are still moral and keeping their oath to defend our supreme laws written in the Constitution, B of Rs, and D of I are today powerless! It is NOW (2011) evident that it is up to WE the PEOPLE to take our nation back. How? Peaceful non-compliance. Yes, many will have to be sacrificed - just as our Founding Fathers sacrificed life, limb and family for our LIBERTY. The choice - slavery or freedom. Choose a side humans.

So what aren't the police unions protesting the surveillance cameras that replace them with two-bit electronics?
-
Well, gee, they have to pay for all those cameras, don't they, and the Chinese and Taiwanese who make them, right?

Use your head, tenagliac--one million can't rule three hundred million against their will.
Start thinking.

Whose got the video of Haggard's handjobs at the masseur?
Geezus, imagine what Parley and Hagee are up to when they think no one is looking.
And now they can use that information for marketing. Your activities and habit patterns are for sale. Someone is buying and you're not getting paid.

For example, highway cameras. I can web into a number of camera's in my city and see if there is a traffic jam. Conversely, maybe on different cameras, I know people who have gotten speeding tickets in the mail based on input from a highway cam that recorded speed and license number. Minimum fine $375, payable in person only, in Chicago. The speed limit was 45 on their interstate.

I have heard about the cell phone remote access and general tracking etc.
Are you suggesting that cable boxes have lenses in them and are recording? Several evenings in a row I observed my out of order t.v., hooked up to a working cable box, turn on by itself. It was pretty fricken worrisome, but I set the thought aside.

I am not sure about all boxes but many are integrated cable/internet have the capability. Certainly, if not a lens a microphone or other pickup ? A lens may not be necessary ? Laser scanning does not need a lens. Holograms don't need lenses. And light is not always visible.
I know it's technically possible, but not if it is implemented in our current equipment.

Did you play Milton Waddams on Office Space? Did you ever find your stapler?
Rompcom 3 years ago
Sure I'm boring and work in a cubical. But I'm not into staplers. I like scanners and postit notes. I didn't care much for Office Space. I liked "How to Succeed in Business". Nothing like song and dance in the office.
