  • 10 mbps? wow nearly 20 years later you cant get 10mpbs UPLOAD , and you cant even get 10mpbs even download without paying an arm in a leg

  • it took for ever for cocoa florida to get the cable then had for while then people wanted it back

  • Damn 10/Mbps in 1997!

Bahauahawa! My family does not even have that today in 2010. 1.5/Mbps. Hell, At&t doesn't even provide 10mbps. I wonder how much it was going to be priced considering dial-up was still going for $30-$50 a month.

  • the guy below "MassMods" got arrested. LOL

  • Mine is about 3 MB. per second.

  • yeah i know all about it, ive been with 1.5mbps for about 5 years now and its starting to be very inconvenient considering this HD era, with HD videos and video games distributed online. My friends that live near by have 6mbps cable which is the max in my area, another friend lives in an apartment complex and he gets 20mbps (T1 prolly), i want to upgrade but unfortunately but no higher speeds is unavailable where i live.

  • wow. Did not know that. I'm from the U.S. and live a little over a mile (just under 2km) out of town out in the country and we're lucky to get DSL where I am. We were stuck on dialup for the longest. Do they have DSL much there? Or is cable modem more common? For people around here who can't get DSL or cable modem, they offer satellite, but it's really expensive, and you can only download X amount of data per month or they throttle down your bandwidth to nearly dialup speeds. Evil I know!
