  • @CodyZamboni

What do you think of Nolan's Batman films, Watchmen, Oldboy or Road to Perdition? other excellent comic movies and what about Akira as well?

  • This still looks great in 2012. The same cannot be said about Superman IV!

  • good times, great memories, good tv and movies

  • @GratefulVince and tv series.

  • @PhillipRansburg no doubt!

  • Check Newspapers for local listings? MoM!!!!! Whats a newspaper? lol

  • 1970's-1990's had the best movie trailers!!

  • @JENDALL714, they used "The Movie" tagline because film technology was finally advanced enough to convincingly bring these fantasies to life, in a way never seen before. It was just a way to reinforce the Superman film being a definitive and epic event which it was at the time. It had nothing with thinking people were stupid.

  • I hated how movies in the 70's would use "The Movie", like we were too stupid to figure it out that is was not Superman from TV, they also did the same for Star Trek, actually Trek was more classy, they used The Motion Picture!

  • the gold standard of comic book movies. Nothing else comes close.
