Whew! Man. So true. I love how he hits the proverbial nail on the head concerning people who live only in the head and not in the body. I mean... he doesn't hold back. He's certainly not an offensive or obnoxious character. He just has passion for helping people become their very best. Thanks for these uploads!!
Jack LaLanne is the KING of home fitness...and not just physical fitness, but mental and spiritual fitness as well. Awesome man. I wish they still showed this on ESPN Classic.

Could you imagine how much more knowledge this world has hidden in its past? I think I will start reading more books on old scholars like Plato, Aristotle, etc.
I think we need to go back in order to progress forward.
