Rising of new Soviet union is not possible with out world war 3 or some other big conflict. If Commies trye somthing in Russia Russian Federation army would crush those plans. in 1917 Imperial Russian army was so fuck up because world war 1, without that war commies could have never took power in Russia.

@Nordost44 The army won't support the oligarchs and corrupt politicians. Some bought generals might try at first, but the soldiers won't slaughter millions if it comes to that. The reuniting of the Union is already in progress. Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan are already very close economically, and Ukraine, Moldova, Abhasia and South Ossetia are not far away either. China has nothing against this process, and USA and EU have bigger issues than reunited Russia. There will be no World War.

You are sure for that ? Russian soldiers have never during in history have any problems to slaugther civilians no mater what nationality have those been, own or others.

Well if new Soviet union come then those people who support it dont need to scream help when they or they relatives die and suffer in new Gulags.

And lets hope that there will not be new World war because that would be destruction of the humankind.

@Nordost44 Russian men will not butcher their own people for rebelling against a band of oligarchs.

The only ones who'll suffer are those who have betrayed their Motherland and sold it to the Western capitalists. The new Soviet Union will be a country with high birth rates, low unemployment, worthy pensions, strong industry, agriculture and military, and free health care and education. All this can be achieved with the strong human potential Russia has. No one wants more wars and suffering.

If those oligarchs put enough money on the table then those soldiers will butcher anyone, money is only what have matter today (sadly) No Honor or Loyalty, just money

I heard in Russian document about Gulags that littel boy was put in gulag because that kid put dirt in Stalin statue nose, he sure was true enemy of the motherland

Well only thing what i like in communism was that Armies where appreciated and important, strong army is a key of the safe state.

@Nordost44 Many terrible things happened in those times, but individual tragedies can't be put above the needs of the people, and the people needs a strong and prosperous country to live in. Like you said a strong army is one of these needs. It is something that Russia lacks today.

ONLY if those were enemies. Not their own kind, or civil war of course.

Gulags are mostly myths, well the amount of people that were sent there are pro-western myths for sure, I'm not against tons of drug-dealers , rapists, marauders (it was WW1 and Civil war - remember that), killers and other scum to go to gulags even now. Who would be in russia ?!
