Her MOTHER ought to put down the magazine and DISCIPLINE. Not a bitch slap, physically pick her up and put her in a chair. Get a large cast-iron skillet and let her know that if she doesnt calm down and stay put she will get her ass kicked. (trust me, mom wont need to use the skillet, the thought alone will scare the hell out of her daughter) She is too old to be spanked. Get serious now, or lose your daughter.
