Hay, you got me there, I am on road bikes these days. Sure wouldn't mind trying a 450, they seam like the right combination but the thought of a 250 4 stroke does not appeal.

@philtripe ive rode the modern for 4 strokes. ive owned a crf250r and a rmz450, and personaly i feel a 2 stroke is a better bike (MUCH CHEAPER I CAN TELL YOU THAT) and i was raised on 4 strokes. if your a beginner trail rider a 250f is a beatiful bike or a hardcore agressive rider a 450f is a great bike aswell. but end of the day its personal opion and im a 2 stroke fan. Nothin like the smell of premix!

@javawocky never rode a new 4 stroke? they are fast as hell now...as much as i love the cr500(or any 500) i have to admit the 450 is just as fast and much more usable power so therefore much quicker

So, to summarise, this is a boring heavy 4 stock with tree hugging technology which makes it worse - kick it to the curb and go find a 250 2 smoker and live a little.
