Chocolate Sponge Cake recipe.
Ingredients:
6 eggs - separate yolk from white
1 cup of milk (8 oz.)
1/2 cup (4oz. butter)
1 cup of icing sugar
1 tbsp. cream of tar tar (or sodium bicarbonate)
1 tbsp. vanilla essence
1 cup of self-raising flour
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
