@coopmeister3000 Oh I know your not and there's been a controversy over the actual date for ages. I know church did that for that very reason. Happy Holidays bro:)

@PlasmaDude47 Haha actually (and I am a Christian), in the Bible it said that the Shepherds were out with their flocks when Jesus was born, which (IIRC) means that he was actually born in Spring.
Not trying to troll or anything, just a good thing to know, I think.
Don't get me wrong, I'll still celebrate Christmas in December, but it was actually put in December to convert Paegans because they had a celebration at about the same time.

reunions are good, glad you got that experience, gratz!
My 2 cents on controversial topics: please talk about the ground zero mosque fiasco I promise you you'll get a vid response from me not a comment.
My aunt also says "merry christmas" over "happy holidays" every time she can and I agree wholeheartedly. It is in no way saying the other holidays arent important, but rather stating that CHRISTMAS is the one I celebrate and that's that.
great vid dude! always enjoy these :D

were the hell is my tribute video!!
We were not founded in Christianity, the founding fathers were deist and never mention Jesus at all. It's amusing how you aren't satisfied with a well wishing of holidays. Furthermore, the christmas holiday mocks, almost to a tee, the celebration of saturnalia, which is pagan. You are offended by a neutral state of well wishing how would you feel if everyone said "Happy Channukkah" to you and shoved their celebration down your throat (after all Channukkah originated first.)

People don't say Happy Holidays because they want to take Jesus out of Christmas or hate Christians. Almost all cultures have a midwinter celebration and in a multi-ethnic, multi-religious and multi-cultural country like the USA, people want to be more inclusive rather than focussing only on Christians.
Also, the 1797 Treaty of Tripoly, signed by the Senate and John Adams, say that "the Government of the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion."
