  • I have been doing the cook hip lift for four weeks, and I still have lower back pain. In fact it hurts when I do them. Is there anything I could be doing wrong to still be getting that pain when I do these? I was hoping for relief, and now my lower back hurts with the cook hip lifts.

  • @1mamaherrera it depends on the type of "hurt". It could mean you just have really weak low back muscles. You may want to do exercises to strengthen it, but if it hurts - there are too many other awesome butt exercises that work great. We've done several butt videos :) I have 25 Butt Blasters on my pFITblog - it won't let me post a link, but you can google it and you'll find it. :)

  • My Badonkadonk?! LOL
