This happened to be playing in the background as I was entering a debate on a social network. As I was preparing to post yet another response, the lyrics "Please release me from all things worldly that do not serve me"

That grabbed me and I realized I was falling into the bottomless pit that is the social network debate. It does not serve me to allow myself to fall. Thank you, Mother, for helping me gain the strength to escape that pit.

This song sounds like a Negro Spiritual with a divine feminine focus. For me, a song like this could be sung in any church that also accepts God as Mother. Unfortunately most Christians are not ready for such a step :(
