This is no solved and the class 166 now includes a in cab announcement saying "welcome to the service stand clear of the doors closing"

Unusual bug. The only time I've had this is when I open the doors and the uncouple and recouple the carridges from the Lead 43.

if this is the Paddington to Oxford scenario, you are best to just depart paddington without opening the doors! Then note: u will arrive at Reading with four or five minutes to spare. The doors will close at Reading once the HST has arrived on platform 5 heading for paddington!
