No manual.
We never finished it, but tried multiple times none the less.

heh, I remember playing this game all up to the place where the giant orcs started appearing, killing all my carefully leveled hobbits. I remember it being about the bow of Legolas or something. Quit the game shortly after that; got sick of constantly the same caves as well :P.

Yeah if you don't specifically level them up, they die really fast to those damn orcs. Better off just running solo.
