  • Stress, thinking negatively is actually conditioned responses that are learned and are obvious habit for many. Habits are difficult to overcome because habits are a person character; no one wants to admit that their character is flawed. We could act on re-educating our beliefs and adopting optimistic behaviours that are based on sound wisdom, facts, evidence and positive conclusive results. However this is a lifestyle change that is not for everyone. Old Habits die hard.
