Hey guys,I know how Mr.Weldon0m did his trick. Being the Y2K,this is instinct for me. HeSimply used a strong magnet base, it could have been either North Pole or South Pole, but whichever he used,the axle that was spining atop of it was the Same.causing a repulsion force against each other.He is probabley using a hidden powersource,that's why you saw when the flying axle landed, the base was off,so it couldn't repel.The axle floats because of the centripetal force pulling it outward. :)
