Sounds like somebody removed the airbox lid! Hehe... I did the same thing to my KLX. Are those handlebars stock or are they after market? Who makes them?

i have 2007 klx250s and it fit perfect - only thing is you might to remove passenger peg in the back - this exhaust is for klx300 originally but fits klx250s perfect - 2005 -2007 klx300 is the same exact bike just 300cc
