Should be more like... how to dice 2/3rds of an onion, the wasted/uncut portion was massive. Also how many times did the knife go right at her fingers, especially in the horizontal cuts? And finally, the SAWING motion when making the final cuts, are you serious? Worst cooking video of all time.

i tried doing this with a white onion and it just did not work at all.. i got a red onion and it worked perfectly.. go figure !

Yes, I watched the "how to slice a white onion" and could not for the life of me figure out how to translate a RED onion! Now I need to know how to slice a YELLOW onion!
But more importantly, this is "how to dice MOST OF a red onion (or, any onion, if you are color blind).
