What you see is called "Martial Arts Tricking" and is done by professional Martial Artists. So DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME ;) hehe. But if you want to, you could learn all these tricks from the 2nd Disc of the Loopkicks DVD which is packed with professional "HOW 2s" (Tutorials).

"Tricking" is all about the progress of learning how to use the body at full potential, breaking the own limits, over and over. It includes movements from Martial Arts, Wushu, Capoeira, Gymnastics, Breakdance, Parkour and has originated endless of new tricks / moves.

Keep in mind that everything you see in this video is executed on regular dojo mats ! No jumping gymnastic floor ! No wires !
And yes, these astonishing moves are actually NOT practicable self-defence techniques. That's obvious. Though they are executed with a lot of power and strength !

nobody cares if it's useless in a real fight. no one ever said it was to be used in a real fight.

tricking is a sport. it contains martial arts techniques, but it is not supposed to simulate a real fight.

you know what, baseball is useless in a real fight. let me go watch some MLB videos and tell them how useless it is.
