    We had a routine yesterday in San Diego/La mesa because a cop didn't want to approach an abandoned car on the freeway shoulder. They had the freeway backed up for over two hours with guns drawn. Turns out the car broke down and the driver was no where near it. After destroying the back window, then the drivers window, then the back drivers side window,, he must be in the trunk, battering rammed that open too. So many laws due to cops paranoia, we suffer. They forgot to check the glove box.
