I remember watching this as a kid on the Disney Channel and not really understanding how sweet, jolly ol' Goofy would turn into such an asshole behind the wheel.

That was until one day I found myself screaming out of my car at someone who wouldn't let me over and I realized that I HAD BECOME MR. WHEELER!!!
