How NOT to Tow - Flat tow disaster in the making

I bet they were towing there trailer home too! ...but just lost it 2 states back -.-

The only "disaster in the making" here was the driver making the video and not a passenger. I bet a hundred bucks they had no problems. 1/4 of the States even allow for semi triples and I've pulled plenty of 53' container chassis that had tracking problems. This configuration is fine and legal in most States. Overspeed can be a serious problem, other then that I bet they had a fun trip.

If they're gonna take that much stuff, why not rent a train? XD

@bigglimo what's your point? i never said it was legal to do this. if it was, why would i make a video?

@alexrex20 You might want to do some research on the License requirements of an RV. Actually in Texas, which is one of several states,...require a license upgrade. You have to obtain what they call a Class A/B Non-CDL, depending on what type of set up you have. That super-C motorhome grosses over 26k lbs. He would need at least a Class B Non-CDL. All it does is legally certifies you to drive a vehicle that grosses over 26k without pay.

i have actually seen that going down the road. i'll bet the drivers doesn't have a class a or a triples endorsement.

That looks like a towing WIN

apparently stupid people have money too. a "pro" athlete perhaps??
-
Is that even legal?
if you need to take that much shit with you, might as well stay home!

i don't see how it's any different from a tractor pulling 3- 28' trailers and 2 congear>>>>"pulling triples." not legal in all states, but allowed in OR & WA.

@burningmanmike you don't see how it's different pulling a short wheelbase Jeep and a 30ft trailer?
