Didn't stick around long enough to get good footage but I did get this lol. Pretty sweet run of what I expect to have been their show. I think I got good footage of Paul Milano to the left from my view. The one solo multi tom I tried to get footage of but there was a crowd. June 27th 2009 Napperville

  • @kietey14 I just mean for that traditional look. But the mylar really gives the sound of the drums a nice body rather than just that dry "marbles dropping onto pavement" sound

  • @SomeGuyDrumming Mylar is the best

  • I'd love to have one of those drums

  • ill admit harness are better but these guys can drum on any drum

  • @SomeGuyDrumming Straps are NOT conducive for drumming bro. You can not do half of the movements people do in harnesses in a strap. Mylar however is pretty sweet. It's all about the sound though. If they want mylar they will go to mylar like the cavies did this previous year.

  • @leemcd56 like why dont modern lines use mylar? and straps instead of carriers. watching those old videos here on youtube those drums swinging just looks so badass

  • i actually really like the sound of those snares

  • i just love the way those snares are tuned

  • the 3rd snare from the right is my next door neighbor lol...crazy guy

  • Is that Denny changing around those dynamics again?
