Unique Outdoor Wedding Ceremony

We come here today to see the union of 2 and 1 in Christian marriage. The covenent of marriage was established by God who created us male and female for eachother. With his presence and power, Jesus graced a wedding at the kingdom of Gallale and through his sacraficial blood he gave us an example of how to love as husband and wife. 2 and 1 come this morning to give themselves to one another in this holy covanent.
2 and 1, I ask you now in the presence of God and before your friends and family you have invited here this morning to declare your intention to enter into union with eachother. 2, will you have 1 to be your husband, to live together in holy marriage, to love and comfort him, to honor and keep him in sickness and in health and forsaking all others to be faithful to him so long as you both shall live? If so please say "I will." "I will." And 1, will you have 2 to be your wife, to live together in holy marriage, to love her, comfort her, and to keep her in sickness and in health and forsaking all others to be faithful to her so long as you both shall live? If so please say "I will." "I will."
Let us pray. God of all peoples, you are the true light and you iluminate all of us. You show us the way, the truth, and the light. You love us, Lord, even at times where we are disobedient. You sustain us with your Holy Spirit. We rejoice in your light in the midst of our lives, we praise you for your presence with us, and especially in this act of a solumn covanent through Jesus Christ, our lord, amen.
1 and 2 have chosen for their ceremony 2 very pertinent scripture passages. I'd like to share them with you, here, this morning. First from the 2nd chapter of The Song of Solemun. One of the most beautiful chapters in The Bible which talks about King Solomon as he speeks about how his wife has made an impact in his life and how he has decided to dedicate himself to her. 16th verse. Song of Solomon 2:16
My lover is mine, and I am his.
And then from the 4th chapter of Eclesiasties: Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor.
For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up.
Furthermore, if two lie down together they keep warm, but how can one be warm alone?
And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart.
These are the readings of God's Holy Word.
Marriage is a unique bond, it is a bond truely of two people coming together. And as I shared with 2 and 1 and I share with most of the people whom I marry- I say if you're going into marriage and only give 50%, the wedding is bound to fail. But if you give 100%, if you give all of yourself to eachother, that is what makes a beautiful marriage. I have been impressed by the love that you share. I have been impressed by the doting that you have for one another and the genuine concern that you have in your hearts. These 2 scripture passages, I think, really lend themselves well and eddify your lives till this moment. But just be aware that this is a beautiful time, but that there will be challenges that lie ahead: there will be times of concern, there will be times of challenge, there will be times when you say, "Why did I even do this?". And when you can look at eachother and despite your frustrations, despite even your anger, and you can say "This is the person who God has given me and I love them for that." you know that love has fully taken root in your life. May God bless your lives from this point on and may he bless your marriage.
Let us pray. Gracious and all-mighty God, we found ourselves once more in a beautiful place at a beautiful moment. As we hear the background noise of the birds and the stream, as we hear, Lord, life around us, we know that it is your plan that life continues. We acknowledge you as the creator and preserver of all life.
