In Spain it seems to be a custom to tie fore legs of horses together when they are in a field that is not surrounded by a fence. This horse has open flesh wounds caused by this rope. He can't walk only jump as can be seen at the end of the video.
The field is uneven, if he falls he can't get up I guess. He can't find enough food either.

En un campo en Torremolinos, hay un caballo con sus patas atados. Es una costumbre que se practica mucho en esta zona, dejar a los caballos atados de patas delanteras en el campo o zonas limítrofes de las urbes.
No puede caminar solo saltar un poco. Tiene heridas en su patos por eso. No puedo encontrar bastante alimentacion. Si se cae no será capaz de hacerlo funcionar de nuevo sobre sus pies

  • They are called Hobbles and its an old way of 'fencing' a horse. Back when there weren't as many fences around to keep your horse in. Yes the guy should have done a different rope that doesn't rub the skin.... but people just aren't that educated about how to care for animals in some countries I guess.
