  • Perhaps its time I make a more detailed video. Maybe clear up some confusion. now that i have the room to do it. This was taken at the old apartment. I didn't have access to a jack or jack stands or a torque wrench like I do now.

  • The model number for the 1/2 inch impact wrench is 17090.

  • I think you bought the 1/4 inch impact driver model number 17080. I was demonstrating the 1/2 inch impact wrench. As you can see it has no trouble removing lug nuts torqued to 140ft lbs. Still tho, the 1/4 inch impact driver is rated at 1,500 inch lbs or 125ft lbs which should more than suffice for your Saturn. Perhaps you have a defective unit or battery?

  • Coldasiice, You probably have the 1/4 inch impact. This is the 1/2 inch version. It has much more torque than the 1/4.

  • Garbage!

  • i just got this for x-mas girlfriend got it for me been wanting it all summer

  • I work at a small engine shop and have botht the half inch and quarter, there both great. I use the half inch for changine lawmower blades and bigger stuff

  • ITS OVER 90:00

  • ITS OVER 9 0:00

  • I just went through two of these from my local sears. Neither could tighten lug nuts down on my Saturn. I can easily hand tighten to about 100 ft lbs by hand, and after using this I could still turn about half a turn to a full turn meaning that the wrench couldn't tighten to even 100 ft lbs. I tried a lithium ion battery too, no different. I don't understand why everyone says these are so good if they can't even do what they are most useful for changing wheels and tires.

  • 1/2 in I recently picked one up at the local sears. I was changing out the crank and bearings on my dirt bike and couldnt break the larger sockets freeThinking I was going to get a compressor I went to sears. The service woman showed me this tool I tried it and don't know why i waited this long to get 1. I completely broke down my dirtbike engine changed eight tires a lawnmower blade on 1battery. you must have the impact driver its for screw driver applications i just got 1. LOVE THEM BOTH.
