Someone taped this for me (VCR, before DVRs came out lol) so this is the best quality I can upload. G4 hasn't shown this since and I've never seen anyone else who recorded it so I guess we'll have to live with the bad picture, sorry.

I got GOOSEBUMPS too the first time I saw the ff8 intro!!! It was such an amazing opening...... *sniff* I miss that feeling. Games dont do that for me anymore....not even the ff-series :-((( only let downs since ff X.....

I wish that Enix would have NEVER EVER bought Square because they threw all the best game makers away because they couldn't care less about Final Fantasy and wanted just easy money by selling the name. If Square-enix would be still Square, the fame of Final Fantasy would be even greater and Nobuo would be described as god by every single people!

Wow what buddy said at the end I agree with 100%. Nobuo Uematsu is the best at what he does. He is a genius.

@BeautifulMawMusic Yeah. It wasn't BAD by any means, but if they're gonna butcher the battle system, at least leave ONE THING in that made us love FF in the first place.

They talked about the heavy song from FF X when it actually was hardly used, they should have talked about "To Zanarkand" and "Hymn of the Faith" both were beautiful songs...
