This is fake. I worked at McD's for several years, and I can assure you the food most certainly does decompose. And it doesn't take years, either. The first signs of decomposition begin appearing in about a week (depending on how humid your area is - more humid = mold grows faster; less humid = mold grows slower). I'm not saying it's good to eat. Just that the video is a fake, and the food really does decompose normally.
