i thought this was more early 90s club song (early to mid 90s... I vividly remember this song and most of my clubbing occurred from 90-95/96)

Um Member when there was that show on like
Showtime about this huge pothead dealer and his
raver friends? Mem-member when they were dancing and
chilling and stuff. On one of the first episodes, they like totally
played this song.
