You can slow down weight loss by not eating as much as the body attempts to hang on to what it has. I would NOT drop my carbs to speed to weight loss. I may drop a new food I added or an additional amount of food I added, but the carb reduction would be a secondary response.
The importance is not to start over thinking the weight loss. If you feel you must try something, make sure you are drinking enough water or increase the exercise to work on fitness.
hi kent im super disappointed & frustrated in myself at the moment...i lost a lousy 3 kilos during the induction phase(& i read ppl lose like 7-8 kilos on induction alone!) i haven't lost any weight after that at all,all i introduced new in my OWL phase were olives and rye crackers that i have with creme cheese cuz i was tired of eating string cheese all the time :( ive also started exercising regularly but the scale STILL wont budge & im not noticing ne loss in inches or anything as well :(

@believinatkins My suggestion would be to watch the Post Induction Stall video and the OWL videos.
Rye crackers are one of the later things to add (whole grain rung - Rung 9).
The weight loss stall could be the body just adjusting to the weight loss in Induction. 3 kilos is still weight off.

I need help!! I finished induction and lost 15 pounds and u cant tell not even in my clothes. Now im on OWL. Problem is im eating the same thing everyday (I need something new) but im a picky eater. Through induction I never went over 10 carbs, cause i dont like veggies or peppers, seafood etc... Is it bad not eating til the limit of your carbs? What exactly can u eat on OWL? I am just stuck cause there is no store that sells the atkins cooking stuff u need. Please Help!!

You don't "need" anything. Check out my "OWL End of a good thing?" video where I describe each carbohydrate rung and how to progress through them. The first week is just extra vegetables. From there you add:
2. Dairy
3. Nuts and Seeds
4. Berries and Melons
There should be lots of things that starts entering your diet -- things like blueberry mock danish or strawberry and cream cheese. None of these involve anything more exotic than the exterior of the grocery store in the staples.

Don't be so quick to give up on veggies... Check out my faux rice and fauxtatoes recipe videos as unique ways to get in vegetables in your diet.

I admire you so much because You lost all your weight, and you didn't just stop trying to help people. I know of some folks that lost all their weight, and now they never make videos. You give back to people. Kudos :)
