This is one of those crazy workouts that I include in my routine.
This starts out by working the back / biceps - abs - shoulder- butt - forearm/biceps - abs and just keep on cycling through till you can't do anymore.
When you first start out you would want to do it with no weight being help up with your feet as I'm demonstrating in the video, but the better you get at it the more you can go up in weight. In the video I'm doing it with a 10lb weight, the key here isn't maximizing your that you can only do 2 or so, you want to get at least 10 reps.
Also one thing that you cannot see is that I keep my knees slightly bent all the time when I'm coming back down, this will keep your abs working.
This is also a great exercise for increasing your flexibility along with building muscle.
