I think its super badass that these guys speak their their native language and remain famous. Because if they sold out, and started singing in English, they would be so fucking famous in the U.S. They would be up there with Muse and Coldplay. But they stay true and thats really admirable.

@ELREndLondonRule Don't get my wrong, I am fond of Muse, but musically I think Kaizers are at least equal if not better, & although Matthew Bellamy has a good range, again I would argue that Janove has at least an equall range. Also Muse, though I like them, tends to sound the same, whereas Kaizers evolves a lot with each album.. Don't knock TheCaptainDee so much, he is just paying them a compliment saying that they do what they love to do regardless of anything else.

@ELREndLondonRule It just wouldn't be right for them, they have said that a million times; the Norwegian language is part of what gives them their unique sound, & they wouldn't be the same without it. I know I've translated their songs several times, & I could sing them English, but I choose to sing them in Norwegian because it sounds better. The language is part of their sound-scape, as much so as the organ & oil cans, & it is one of the many reasons we love them. ^_^

@ELREndLondonRule Its a good depiction of popularity since most people check bands out via youtube. i have shown everyone Hjernteknuser and other good songs by them. But since they don't appreciate music as much as I they don't like it since they can't understand it, seeing as we speak California English.

Also, its cool if you're entitled to your own opinion and think muse is better, but there might be a little bit of a bias there seeing as you are probably a Brit who calls fries chips......
