Ummmm....kudos for the nice hydraulic set up but i think i prefer to feel the seating of my primers by the doing it manually. That just leaves too much room for error. Nice job though.

@static8888 Unless he's doing this commercially which would make reloading just work, and none of us really like that. I like reloading, but if I had a set up like this I'd end up just selling most of it sense I wouldnt have my work into it.

Outstanding!

This takes all the fun out of reloading, man. I reload each bullet manually with the Dillon xl650 and have a great time creating bullets. While you've done a good job, there doesn't seem to be much satisfaction in this. Nice accomplishment though. Personally though, I would have bought another gun instead of putting the money into making it fully automatic.

@C0MBAT45 OH, SHUT DOWN FROM THE REPLY!!!!!!

can i use this machine for any round. and if so what about the cost of such a machine
-
@C0MBAT45 so what would you suggest for the many companys that have automated systems that are most likely making the very ammo that you are shooting ? where did you think that they got the info to make this machine. just food for thought my man.. no offense ment..
What caliber are you reloading?
1 - the shellholder should be a little bit larger then the case you're reloding (eg. if you're reloading 9mm use a .40sw shellholder)
2 - be sure that the primer pin is centered in the shellholder slot when it push in

I hope Signore Maurizio is still keeping an eye on this automation while his machine is going.
Unattended reloading is an invitation for trouble, (if not disaster), and could cause serious potential problems down the road, such as 'squib loads'.
I'd keep and eye on every reloading aspect on each station, especially the powder drop.
Serious Hand loaders who have done reloading for years will know what I am trying to say.

Dear Sir, I really want to thank you for your caring advice, but I think this automatism is completely safe, it is provided with different check control (such as powder control, 3 point cylinder travel max current drain control and so on) that in case of alarm will immediately stop the machinery. I really appreciate this yours.
