Jack Matlock was U.S. Ambassador to the USSR, 1987-1991.

(1) "The U.S. wished the Soviet Union survived as a voluntary union."

  • Russia was economically supported and armed by America (including MERV nukes) throughout the USSR era, 1917 to 1989.

    The USSR and the USA were owned and operated by exactly the same people. Search for, "The Best Enemy Money Can Buy".
