excessive use of force. there is a reason why cops need to be in certain shape to chase down suspects..also, it would be hard to tell what race he is.. black or white, the dude was wearing a hoodie, and the video quality was shit, so i dont see why its a big deal. unless of course, you were this kid running, and actually got hit with the cruiser, please speak up. lol

First off, it doesnt say why the guy was running. He COULD have murdered someone, is it ok then to run him over with a car? He's running from police, in the academy they are taught to arrest people however they can. They guy is in a dead run, therefore, use a car. And the dumbass TURNED in front of the car. What the patrolman did is perfectly legal. He was just doing what he was taught to do. People who have problems with cops usually dont contribute much to society anyway.
