Low carb diet 30grams or less, with a refeed every 7 days....eat w/e u want on the 7th day.....this prevents plateaus from happening, refills glycogen stores, burn through the glycogen stores and the carbs quickly and burns the fat....i know people will slander the fuck out of me, but guess what i weighed 240 when i was 15, and lost 80lbs when i was 16. Im now 24 years old 200 lbs and work out faithfully and im healthier than ever. I've never counted a calorie....
if you want to lose weight without exercising or starving just do the atkins diet it worked for me.
