Just a few thoughts for you:

Your mother told you 'you can't go to heaven if you are not baptised' - the thief on the cross was not baptised, yet - "And he said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To-day shalt thou be with me in Paradise."~(Luke 23:43)

"Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again." ~ (John 3:3)

Congratulations on discarding the total BS with which religion tries to brainwash people. People that listen to voices in their heads and think it is god, are frightening.

Christianity is contradictory for sure, but the biggest indictment of the religion is the utter depravity and immorality of the bible. Keep it up.

This young woman's familly can't be good christians because they dont live according to it's rules. Where did all the love thy neighbour/good samaritan/love the sinner-stuff go?

Seriously how low and depraved could a person be that they sever the ties of their own flesh and blood and put a young kid out on the street ? where's the goodness in that?

I don't mean any disrespect to you, but sorry I feel nothing but contempt for this so-called 'mother' and would gladly spit in her face.

To tell you the truth, being baptized has nothing to do with going to heaven. It is a symbolic expression of your faith. I didn't get baptized until a year ago but was saved before that. The true only way to go to heaven is by accepting Christ as your saviour

Congrats on FINALLY being honest with yourself, your family and your community. You are not alone and we should share the word. The good word, not the GOOD WORD.

You mom made you break up with a guy because he was an athesist, yeah that's messed up!!

You explain the confusion and constant social, peer and family pressure most get. It is a well-laid trap and hard to unmask and be ascertive about it.
