PotshotbarmpotUK they think there pulling a prank when in fact all there doing is what cyclists are allowed to do which is ride in the road most would probably say cyclists should ride on the edge near the gutter where its actually dangerous place to ride as its where all the shit gathers ie glass sharp bricks and other crap slung to the side by passing cars. me as a cyclist unless i feel the need to do otherwise ill ride in between the gutter and centre of the lane bicycle = no road tax :-)
