Yes, Peter and Gordon opened for The Beatles. Sure would have loved to see both groups in concert at that time! WOW!

@breezebro Gordon does have a great deep voice and the contrast with Peter is what made the harmony so great. He shows such emotion in his face as well as voice.

I was fortunate enough to see Gordon in a small blues bar in Ft. Worth, Tx.
I couldn't believe what a huge deep booming voice he has. He must have been really restraining himself to sing with Peter.
