  • I love Canada , this my home and native land!!!! As for Steven Harper!! the Olympics are coming to an end...What does he do , but cut funding to athletes!!! The own the podium no longer matter cause the game are all most done . so who care about our athletes any more !? Come on Canada do you really want to re-elect Harper and the PC's ? I mean really all the man cares about is hockey ! Screw the rest of our athletes and medal winners !!!! Bottom Line HARPER MUST GO!!

  • What an Olympic sham, the athletes are put third! Corporate advertising opportunities and promoting the city is all the Olympics are about now.

  • @sensgirl33 who hired you?

  • @JohnJuanUnited Lol, yeah under the poverty line?! Where the fuck did he get that from 0.0

  • @LivesForJihad AMEN!

  • @sensgirl33 You would throw an accomplished economist out of office because he cut funding to athletes?

You are a really stupid Liberal...aren't you?

  • @TheMusicEclipse yea, im from bc, its all good! rainy, but beautifull

  • @sensgirl33 Guess what- Steven Harper got a majority :) And whatever person you wanted as PM either didnt make his own riding or passed away. And btw, you don't vote for the PM you vote for a MP. Shows how much you know about politics...

  • I have to agree with Rick, BC is one sexy province, I'm from Alberta and I have to agree to that!!

  • @badmongo0 I don't particularly like any three of the leaders, especially Harper. Harper makes an assumption that some 'Liberal' voters (who in reality are conservatives) should vote for him, and I don't buy that. I'd rather see another minority, but people don't seem comfortable with solid politics. Giving any party a majority is bad news, in my view.

  • @JohnJuanUnited I think you are right that they are not below the poverty line but they are underappreciated for what they do.

I bet many NHL players make a lot more money compared to Olympic sport athletes and they work just as hard, if not better.

  • dear Rick,\ thanks for the compliment ; )

    sincerely, British Columbia
