thank you!

Black quinoa is not as palatable as the white or red kinds. Not sure why.
Fabulous pressure cookers are very important for great, easy and energy-saving cooking.

Hi Jill! You know I love quinoa & I usually just cook it w/o pressure, but you make it look easy, so I will try pressure cooking, as I have a fabulous one. I bought some black quinoa & it was very fine & a lot of it fell through the strainer, but I found it to have a hull on it that was unpleasant when eating it. Have you come across that?

@imagumby Thank you so much John. I will be working on more videos some time soon. I hope that you try quinoa soon and get a pressure cooker, too.

thanks for the great instructions on cooking quinoa. I love using the pressure cooker and as you said so many people are intimidated or concerned when it comes to using a pressure cooker - I cant wait to share your video with them - You make it so user friendly!!

I heard your interview on VegCast and now I feel like I NEED to buy a pressure cooker.
Quinoa is the best! I make it in a rice cooker, even though I know that's probably not the best way to do it. I'll have to try the pressure cooker some time.

Any way that you cook quinoa and get it into your mouth and eat it, is a good way.
Pressure cooking quinoa isn't that amazing but cooking garbanzo beans in 14 minutes at pressure is - you cut the cooking time by more than 50% which in that case is impressive.
Pressure cooked quinoa tastes great but it's fast cooking anyway that you look at it.
Keep on eating deliciously.
