She collided with the gas platform she was supplying - there's video of her sinking like a stone right alongside the platform. She's not been down for long, doubtless redeemable.

@welshfluteplayer I doubt very much its scrap. it would cost more to break her up for scrap than to repair her.

Probably scrap now they just needed it out of the way.

Because vessel sank near oil platform and they were afraid that ship's wreck may be dangerous for construction.
