America is not the richest country in the world. It ranks 8th in per capita income. Hate the wealthy? Give to the less fortunate? "Even the playing field" ? Others are:

To even the playing field, we must "de-develop the rich countries" , redistribute the wealth globally (take your income). How does socialism look to you now? I don't think black Americans are going to get anything from Obama.

No, I'm just commenting about this topic as many other vids had their comments turned off. I can give a shit about this vid. Are they trying to be funny about a topic that can cause civil war.

The Democrats always use race as a political tool, before against blacks, catholics and Jews, now by patronizing so-called minorities via affirmative action, quotas, welfare programs which infantilize mostly blacks and make them forever dependent upon the generosity of government in exchange for their unquestioned loyalties and of course their votes.
The Democrats simply switched their game plan when the tide went against them, and now project their race-obsession upon the race-neutral GOP.

I must point out that there are more whites than blacks on welfare, but that is only because of larger numbers of whites. 38.8% of ppl on welfare are white, 32.7% of welfare recipients are black. Given that Blacks are numerically a minority population being around 36 million and whites being like 135 million, (approximate 2000 numbers) the ratio is staggering. This of course is due to a culture of dependence that whites obviously also suffer from to some extent, not inherent racial inferiority.
