this was a beautiful display of what Judo is! Tachi, nage waza , throwing into Katame-waza, oseame (grappling mat work,,pins) at its best. it showed all aspects oseamekomi waza finshing to kansetsu waza. beautiful. the attack to follow through. wow. thanks for post.

Beautiful display of true Judo ne-waza. This is exactly what's missing in today's modern Judo. Sad... but I hope modern Judoka's wake up.

The standup only Judo community needs to wake up! If you can't fight on the ground, that's your fault. Judo and BJJ use the same chokes, submissions, and ground positions. The fighter with a more tools in his toolbox has more to work with in a tournment. Right?

@702decatur im not asking for judo newaza to be like bjj i just think it would be better if refs allowed more time for progression. rather than calling matte after 5 seconds. theres to much turtleing and stalling out in judo newaza which is bad practise.

beautiful display of true judo by neil adams. Look how is uses the guard when one of his throws are ineffective. Ground fighting did not originate in the ufc. Judo always had the goods.
