Walmart Class Action Lawsuit

Alleged overcharging became the basis for a consumer class action recently filed against Wal-Mart Stores. The action was filed in the United States District Court, Central District of California. The suit claims that Wal-Mart has continually engaged in a practice of overcharging its customers. The overcharging most often takes the form of a discrepancy in prices as marked at the shelf, on flyers, etc., and those that are scanned at the register.

walmart is the worst place too work. i recently was laid off....for nothing. no reason just a we need too let you go. and months earlier i filed a harrassment report and nothing was done. dont work for walmart the benefits arent worth it.

Don't believe for a second SCUMBAG lawyers are any better than those they target. There is no lower life form than POS lawyers. Google the following phrase "why crooked lawyers go free" and learn the facts about human bacteria, aka the legal profession........."a grievance system that moves in secret, then ends up discipling a minuscule percent of those whose conduct is questioned, can be neither effective or credible".
