I'm not in any mc schools but here in pa at pagoda motorcycle clubs mc track my coach has me standing for 10 laps straight without sitting once at any part of the track before we practice jumping

This trainingschool is for two days in the summer. Just to hang out together and learn from each other. In this training school the go riding together, getting tips from expierenced riders but also the learn how to get in shape like what food to eat, what conditional training etc. Of course you have to develop your own riding style but tips from a expierenced motorcrosser en healkthtrainer are welcome. See the previous messages! In holland. 2 days in the summer holliday. There will be more of those training days but it is not a real school if thats waht you mean?

In holland, on a track in a place called Volkel. Two days of motocross training in de summer holliday. The days were organized by Martijn Romviel en Twan van de Heuvel, they are the ones that do de teaching in de video.
