@GeneralGrin Yeah, but in-universe, and done by a Vulcan, it makes a hell of a lot more sense than that stuff Kira's doing. Don't get me wrong, I love Kira and I like your vid, but she's gotta weigh, what, a buck forty, tops? And some of those guys, especially the Cardassians, are at least two hundred. She doesn't stand a chance... it's physics.

maybe their bones are made out of super strong and heavy materials.

I think a blow to the back of the head is a lot more likely to knock someone out than a pinch to the shoulder (which seems to work equally well on all humanoid species for some reason)

Actually, Kira gets whooped quite badly by another female - Mareel, the one who was with Verad trying to steal the Dax symbiont. Superb scene where a fight escape sequence breaks out, and Kira appears to dominate but then gets humiliated by Mareel - to where we learn she grew up on some mean streets. So yea, Kira can and has been beaten, by another female.

@EmperorJim Cardies are reptile-evolved so they are strong but move slow and this is reflected in the scenes where they cannot accelerate their limbs much.

All these people saying that all the fights in Star Trek are completly unrealistic. For the most part, I agree with them. However, at 0:10, Kira knees a guy in the balls, you hit a guy down there, they are going to be in serious pain.
