Even more disgusting is the way Gates comes to Congress and calls our kids failures as and excuse to raise the H1B cap. I hope America does go the route like China and India and your grades in the 1st grade dictate your mobility as a gradute. Gates, Jobs. Ellison are all acdemic drop outs. The most innovative people aren't always the straight A students. The H1B displacing them, no wonder the economy is a wreck.

That American are the best workers is the conclusion of  Vivek Wadhwa. If you research of Dr. Matloff, you will find that the NSF specifically lobbyied Congress in 1990 to drive down wages in STEM.

Chinese and Indian H1Bs work very hard and at very low wages the problem is Gates and his lobbyists claim that they are better than native Americans even worse claim that they are founding Fortune 500 companies which is simply a lie. I agree that depending on China to produce physical infrastructure matierial for the West is a BAD idea! Not only does it eliminate jobs and research; what if they decide to stop sending the West this stuff??

Chinese work hard but Indians...think again..,they come and destroy and when its time to be accountable, they RUN back to India...Chinese work harder?? our Australian government gave China the green light to import insulation for wiring in our homes..the insulation material is very thin and not safe to use but very cheap to acquire..Australia is China's number one trade partner.I don't see anything coming out of China that is quality assurance..

Ever want a doctorate for about $1000 no classes needed? Hit South Korea. Ever inspect the work of an electrician from the Philippines? It's exactly as great as you'd think it would be. Wake the fuck up, we can't allow the greed of dime a dozen CEOs to override the interests of our Nation.

they got you to fork over your middle class salary, your retirement benefits, your health insurance and your union card all in the name of staying competitive with the imaginary Asian super-worker from across the Pacific. Ever been to Asia folks? it's a shit-hole. The reason why China produces whatever % more engineers per year than us is because you only need a 2 year degree in Auto Repair to be called an "engineer" in China.

the law of supply and demand dictates that every American citizen who walks with a masters in Network Engineering who cannot find a job other than pouring coffee for 9 bucks an hour will discourage others from going for technical degrees. The "MBA" crowd somewhere along the line convinced the American workforce that Americans were all overpaid, lazy and unproductive, and thus outsourcing was justified.
