The Troubled Asset Relief Program was put in place to pull the U.S. back from financial collapse by bailing out banks, but a new report states that its unrealistic to think the government can recoup that money. Do you think TARP was an appropriate response to the failing economy? The report criticizes the programs lack of transparency, stating that the governments secrecy about it led to distrust from Americans. Do you agree? Are you ever concerned about how your money is being used by the government?
The government needs to repeal the socialist policies that helped bring about the collapse in the housing market rather than enslave the American taxpayer to massive debt. Our government is destroying the dollar, but, hey, they can pay back debt with inflated dollars that they print!
