Albany Devils' forward Tim Sestito catches Binghamton Senators' Nikita Filatov with a blindside check to the head on Oct. 28. 2011.
Sestito received a match penalty for a check to the head. BSens' goalie Robin Lehner was given 2 minutes for leaving the crease and 2 minutes for roughing on the play.
Binghamton won the game 4-2.
UPDATE: Sestito was suspended for 5 games by the AHL on Nov. 1, 2011.

i heard about the hit in the news but i never really saw it...and i must say...that was a really cheapshot and sesito should atleast get 7 for that...that just did not look good and it should not be in the game
